You may be wondering how to find a therapist who is right for you. I believe you should feel respected, heard, and understood and be able to trust that your therapist can help you. My approach incorporates a variety of psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Emotion-Focused therapy.
