I specialize in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).”

I treat anxiety, panic disorders, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, and coping with chronic health problems. Therapy is a collaborative process.
